Villa  Rate

  • One Bedroom Royal Villa USD 1,000++

Season

  • High season surcharge (15 July – 15 Sept) at USD 50++
  • Peak season surcharge (23 Dec – 7 Jan) at USD 100++

Above room rates are:

1. Quoted in USD and are based on single or double occupancy per villa per night
2. Rate is subject to 10% service charge and applicable 11% government tax per villa per night.
3. Strictly for the aforementioned dates
4. Group Rates are based on the outlined room block and planned food and beverage events Pre and Post Rate is only applicable if the contract confirmed and rooming list must be received by the latest 1 month prior to arrival

All rates above are inclusive benefits as below:

  • Welcome drink and chilled towel on arrival
  • Breakfast will be served in buffet style if the occupancy level above 70%
  • Daily ala carte breakfast for group is still available on request, kindly advice us 2 weeks
    prior to the arrival
  • Additional breakfast / third person, will be charge USD 25++/person

Reservation Policy:

  • Check in time is 14.00 hours and check out is 12.00 hours
  • Early check-in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodation is available
  • Late check-out till 18.00 hours will be charged 50% of one night’s accommodation, laterthan 18.00 hours is considered as one night stay
  • Villa Occupancy:All Villa categories can accommodate maximum of three adults (with extra charge) or 2 adults
    and 2 kids from 3 – 12 years old
  • Extra bed for Adult : US $ 95++/day/person including breakfast, maximum 1 extra bed
  • Extra bed for children : US $ 50++/day/child including breakfast, maximum 1 extra bed

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Tentative Booking – once space is booked, a deposit is due within two months. If deposit is not received, the space may be release for resale.

2. Deposit – an initial deposit of 50% of total value of the function is payable. This deposit is required to confirm the booking.

3. Payment – the full balance payment (after deposit is subtracted) must be settled right after the event date. Payable by credit card or cash and are not refundable.

4. Cancellation – in the event of a function cancellation, the followin g terms are applicable :

  • All cancellation must be made in writing to us
  • All deposit are non refundable
  • Three months – one month cancellation the deposit will be 25% estimated value of the event the deposit
  •  If the cancellation is made less than one month of the proposed event date the cancellation fee will be 50% estimated value of the event the deposit

5. Final guest number – final guest number are required at least two weeks working days prior to the function. This guest number will form the basis for the minimum number of guest for which you will be charged. If your guest numbers fall below this number, you will be charged for that minimum number, any increase in guest numbersmust be advised to Allspice Restaurant Manager immediately and, in any event, at least two working days prior to your function date to ensure we can cater as best as possible.

6. Menu – any menu or procedure charge occurring on the day of the function is to be negotiated by the function organizer and The Royal Santrian management only. If the menu item is unavailable, the Allspice Restaurant reserves the right to replace the menu item with a dish of similar quality with prior approval by client. Allspice Restaurant required notification of any special dietary requirements and personal preference at least 7 days prior to your function.

7. Beverage – Allspice Restaurant upholds the responsible Service of Alcohol, and reserves the right to refuse service. Legislation prohibits underage drinking in any public place or the service of alcohol to intoxicated person.

8. Decoration – any structured or decorations, other than table centerpieces and floral arrangement, must be approved by Allspice Restaurant prior to the function. All decorations and structures brought onto Allspice Restaurant by you or any of your contractor, agents, or other person is at your or their sole risk. All decoration must be removed at the close of your function, unless previously arranged, The Royal Santrian Management must authorize the type, location and fixture of decoration. Failure to adhere to these requirements will incur an extra cleaning charge.

9. Entertainment – all entertainment is additional cost. Detail and set up arrangeme nts must be approved by Allspice Restaurant prior to the function. For dinner function band set up time is between 4 pm and 6 pm. All set up must be completed by 6 pm. Set up outside of these times may only occur with the prior approval of Allspice Restaurant.

10. Permit – for all outside entertainment permit will be responsible by client, except approved by the parties.

11. Function Duration – all function based on below duration commencing unless otherwise approved by The Royal Santrian :

  • Wedding start from 5 PM
  • Cocktail start from 6 PM to 7 PM
  •  Dinner start from 7 PM until 10 PM For the consideration of our neighbors, music is to cease no later than 10 PM

12. Other vendor – entrance fee will be applied to other vendor or contractor (10% entrance fee from the total cost of outside vendor’s prices).

13. Electricity – electricity from outside entertainment (DJ or solo keyboard) will be charged IDR 2.500.000++/5hrs for maximum 15.000 watt. Additional hours will be cost IDR 500.000++/hrs.

14. Access – access and use of an area within The Royal Santrian property is at the discretion of The Royal Santrian Management. You must first obtain The Royal Santrian concern before any contractors, agents, employees, or officer access, The Royal Santrian All attends at your function might only access those areas of The Royal Santrian
properties as notified by management. Photography and filming on The Royal Santrian property must obtain approval by The Royal Santrian Management.

15. Damage – you will be liable for the cost of damage, loss, theft or destruction to Allspice Restaurant property, the function venue and any fixtures, fittings, artwork, artifacts, equipment and other property which is caused by you, your employees, officers, agents, contractors, or any person attending your function. You must indemnify Allspice Restaurant for any loss, damage, cost or liability which it suffers or incurs in connectionwith that damage, loss, theft or destruction. Any repairs or reinstatement will be arranged by Allspice Restaurant or with Allspice Restaurant consent by you.

16. Children – you are responsible for all people under the age of 18 attending your function. Allspice Restaurant will not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered to, by or in connection with children, including if children leave the function venue or are not properly supervised by responsible adults.

17. Loss of property – Allspice Restaurant will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of property left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. This responsibility lies solely with the client.

18. Parking – parking at The Royal Santrian is limited – 30 cars parking space on site.Alternatively, private bus hire providers can be recommended if required.

19. Force Majeure – where a force majeure event or a similar circumstance Allspice Restaurant reasonable control prevents or delays Allspice Restaurant from performing an obligation in respect of the function and/or under these terms and conditions, that obligation is suspended for so long as the force majeure continues and the delay or
failure to perform will not be a breach of Allspice contract with you.

CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT SCHEDULES
To confirm your group booking, we require a signed agreement and good faith deposit as per
below:

  • A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of total event revenue is required upon
    signing contract.
  • The Balancing advance payment of 50% of the remainder total event revenue is required 30 days (1 months) prior to the event date.
  • Any outstanding payment will be settled prior to your departure date during the event.
