DEPOSIT POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS
- An initial deposit of 10% of the total estimated expenses is required as a holding deposit to confirm the
venue blocking. - Deposit must be paid within 7 days upon receipt of invoice from us.
- Full pre-payment of the total confirmed event arrangement is required 28 days prior to the event date
- Deposit is non-refundable and non transferable should the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the
Event. - Payment can be made by bank cheque or bank transfer to the following our bank account details
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation made beyond 90 days prior to the event date: No Cancellation fee will be apply
- Cancellation made 90 days prior to the event date will be subject to 35% of the total invoice
- Cancellation made 60 days prior to the event date will be subject to 50% of the total invoice
- Cancellation made 30 days prior to the event date will be subject to 100% of the total invoice
- Taman Bhagawan cannot be held responsible for any force majeure
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- 10% of total billing is required as Security Deposit for inhouse catering.
- 20% of total billing is required as Security Deposit for outside catering.
- Security Deposit is refundable within 7 days after event, given the condition of the property is acceptable as
prior to event and late n check out. - If management inspection discovers that the venue has been damaged or defaced after event use by any parties,either Client and or vendors or contractors involved in the event, Client will be responsible to compensate management up to the amount of security deposit.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check -in time for equipment and supplies is at 00.00 hour.
Requirement for earlier check-in time will result in additional charges.
CHECKOUT TIME
Amplified Event sound must end at 23.00 hours. Event must end at midnight of Event day.
Check out time for equipments and supplies is at the latest completed by 06.00 next Event day.
Late equipment checkout will result in additional charges.
ADDITIONAL HOUR: Any items left at the Venue passed the check out time will be charged the
following:
- Set Up Fee / Late Check-out (24 hours) Rp40,000,000++
- Set Up Fee / Late Check-out (4 hours) Rp10,000,000++
- Set Up Fee/Late Check-out (1 hour) Rp 4,000,000++
TAXES
All rates subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
Venue Owner and Client agree that any and all tax liabilities incurred arising out of this Agreement shall
be borne by respective Party as governed by the prevailing taxation laws and regulations.
FOOD
All food arrangements are provided by and booked through the Venue.
A surcharge of 30% from total venue rental of Event Day will be added for food and beverage brought into
the Venue by outside Caterer.
BEVERAGE & BAR POLICY
- Beverage arrangements are provided by and booked through the Venue.
- Beverages brought into the Venue will be charged a corkage of Rp 150,000++ per Wine/Spirit bottle and Rp
200,000++ per Champagne bottle opened. Fully consumed or partly consumed are considered to be
opened bottle. - For the safety of everyone, we have the right to refuse alcohol to guests that are deemed excessively
intoxicated and we will bring this up to you when it happens.
Indonesia is very volatile in terms of alcohol prices. Our offered package may change despite a deposit
being paid if there is a sudden increase in alcohol prices by the government. Once we receive information,
we will update you ahead of time to work out a solution for both parties.
